1.  Are the Plans insured?

All of our vehicle service contracts are insured.  Insurance provides peace of mind, however the administrator is the company that handles claims.  Our administrators have obtained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are financially stable. You can buy from us in complete confidence.

2.  What is Wear and Tear coverage?

The parts need not break for you to be covered. If they wear out prematurely, you're covered.

3.  Where can I take my vehicle for repair?

Repairs can be made at the repair facility of your choice (dealer, national chain, local mechanic) anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Simply present your Membership Card to your service professional.  They will contact your Claims Center Toll free.  Best of all, there is no need to lay out money and wait to be reimbursed.  The repair facility is paid directly over the phone via credit card.

5.  How does the deductible work?

Each repair visit, no matter how many items need to be fixed will only require payment of one deductible. Many plans offer a zero deductible option where you'll never reach into your pocket for a covered repair.

6.  I've seen lower prices, why choose Auensure?
